Victory Motorcycles has announced the appointment of a new dealership in South Wales – Real World Motorcycles in Aberdare.
Real World opened its doors six years ago and has since specialised in niche brands such as Benelli and Moto Morini. It is in this area of speciality that the dealership has excelled.
Founder, Martin Thomas, said of Victory Motorcycles: “I visited the Victory stand at last year’s NEC show and was very impressed with the style and build quality of the machines.
“I spoke with a couple of other dealers,” he added, “who could only say good things about the company, its level of support and the bikes themselves.”
In fact, Real World Motorcycles began selling the American V-twin models towards the end of April and sold five Victory machines in its first six weeks of activity.
“It’s been an amazing start,” continued Martin Thomas, “and they’ve all been higher spec models. But I’m also struck with the value of models like the 8-Ball, which retail at less than £8,500. The bikes are brilliant and the quality is superb.”
Victory Motorcycles marketing manager, Steve Goult, has been equally impressed with Real World’s performance in its first six weeks of operations. “It’s a great dealership,” he said, “and covers an important area of Wales where we haven’t had a presence before now.
“They have a lot of experience in selling more exclusive brands,” continued Goult, “and Victory is a perfect addition to their portfolio. We’re looking forward to a long and successful partnership.”
