You can help - Fancy your name on the bike from just £10?

This past weekend, disaster struck for LB’s national Superstock 600 rider Sam Middlemas who was racing at Mallory Park after just getting a Yamaha R6. Middlemas crashed after hitting some brake fluid left on the exit of the bus stop during qualifying. His new R6 caught fire after the fuel-tank split and allowed petrol to flow out, which in turn ignited. The marshals were quickly on the scene and did their up-most to put the inferno out. Unfortunately this lasted for what seemed like an eternity and left Sam with a very swollen knee and a very burnt and looking R6.

Sam's aim is to be back out for the next round of the BSB National Superstock 600 championship at Oulton Park, but he will be unable to compete for the remainder of the season if no help is received with regards to the cost of repairing the bike. You can help though!

… You can help Sam by sponsoring his racing efforts with just a tenner! £10 will get your name in print on the bike! The idea is to get 100 people to help meet the repair bill from the fire damage. You will also be entered into a prize draw before each round of the BSB championship where you can win 2 Silver-banded passes for the round and you will also be able to use the Co-Ordit Yamaha Super-Bike Team hospitality for this round on race day. Other prizes up for grabs for the runner-up of each round is a free suspension set-up with LB's Brian Nicholson of BN Race Science.

How do I sponsor Sam?

You can sponsor Sam by either sending a cheque for £10 (or more) by by paypal to sammo@sammiddlemas.com or by cheque to Sam Middlemas, 5 Cotton Close,  Broughton Astley, Leicestershire, LE9 6NJ. Sam would like to thank anybody that has taken the opportunity to support him and hopes to see you around the BSB paddock!
