Gypsey Bridge rider Bruce Wilson is gearing up for a further challenge in the fifth round of the National Superstock 600 championship, which is set for Snetterton in Norfolk on Sunday.

Wilson who rides for Team Motorcycle Racer Magazine was again denied a top 10 finish because of a red flag situation in the last round of the series at Donington Park three weeks ago but with a wealth of track knowledge behind him from previous outings at the Norfolk circuit he is positive he can break into the top 1o this time around.

“I was really disappointed after the Donington race was stopped as I feel I was robbed of a top 10 finish,” said Bruce. “ It’s the third run of bad luck in a row for the team but I am positive our fortunes will change for the better from here on in. We can take the positives from Donington and put them to good use at Snetterton. We have shown we have the potential to run at the front and I can make the most of my track knowledge and push hard for a top position at the weekend. I might be a bit down on bike speed but there are plenty of corners to make up the deficit.”

Free practice and qualifying take place over Friday and Saturday prior to the 15-lap race on Sunday (June 15th).
