Relentless Suzuki Enduro rider Paul Edmondson pulled off the incredible feat on Sunday of scoring three event wins in just one week on board his new RM-Z450.
At last weekend’s opening round of the Michelin Fast Cross series, Edmondson took the first victory in style, before going on to triumph on Wednesday at the opening round of the CF Racing XC series and finally topping it off with a win on Sunday in the third round of the Putoline XC Championship at Llandrillo, North Wales.
The final win of the week saw Edmondson once again choose the RM-Z450 over his normally favoured RM250 two-stroke.
Edmondson: ‘The new 450 is just a brilliant tool for the job. The power is so smooth and although there is plenty of it, riding the 450 feels like riding a 350. It handles so well and the power is there when you need it without being harsh. I never thought I would take to a four-stroke so readily, but this is the bike for me at the moment. I love it!’
The final win of the week gives Fast Eddy virtually an unassailable lead in the Putoline XC Championship and he looks set to take the title once again.
