Rob Mac Racing took the opportunity to unveil the 2008 livery for Karl Harris’s 2008 British Superbike, today 24 March, at a cold Snetterton circuit. After running a competition alongside MSVR in the offical test programme throughout the three-day test weekend, one lucky fan won the coveted prize to unveil the new livery with Karl Harris in-front of the assembled teams, media and fellow spectators.

Dedicated racing fan, Mr Iain Smitherman from Bury St Edmunds, a regular to race events at the Norfolk circuit, braved the cold Easter Monday morning to take centre stage in unveiling the new Rob Mac Racing colour scheme.

Rob McElnea, Team Principal:

“I have to thank all the spectators for coming out to support us in such terrible weather conditions, it just shows the passion for the series. It was great to unveil the bike and see the great response to our new colours from the crowd. We are really looking forward to Brands Hatch and can’t wait to get the season started.”

Now that's one good looking bike! Similar to the Yamaha MotoGP colours. Very sexy.
