There have been constant improvements for Phaedra. The weather finally was warm this weekend at the Circuit of Santamonica in Misano Adriatico, for the first race of the Honda RS 125 GP Trophy. There originally were 39 riders from which 36 qualified for the Sunday race, and Phaedra Theffo, rider of the Lucky Racing Team, finished the race in 23rd position. She had a quite good start, did a race constantly progressing, overtaking some adversaries and improving her best time more than one second from the Saturday.

This was her third 125GP race ever and she managed to conquer a big part of the public thanks to the enthusiasm she showed during the race; let’s not forget that Lulù was the only girl taking part to this competition. The owner of the Honda still was the famous technician Roberto Bava, that assisted her on track with Jessica, one of the only mechanic girl present in the “international motorcycling circus” and directly coming from Spain. The motorcycle has always been one of the fastest on track thanks to the perfect work the Team always made during the whole weekend. The next race will be on the 9th July at Magione (Perugia) - Honda RS 125 GP Trophy.

Phaedra Theffo:

“It has been a nice race, I’m relatively satisfied and I also enjoyed it quite a lot. I finally had a good start but, in the first lap, I obviously wanted to do too much and that made me commit some errors; that’s why some adversaries passed me without any problem. I then calmed myself and began to get back some positions with some very nice overtakings! After mid-race, I remained alone, in any case improving my time of the Saturday more than one second. There is still a lot of work to do, many km to make before becoming a very fast rider. I’m still in full phase of apprenticeship and the most important now is to improve everytime we go on track. I would like to dedicate this race to Roberto Bava and Jessica, everything has been possible thanks to their support and the great work they made on the bike during the whole weekend”.
