The MCN London Motorcycle Show 2008 is set to be a feast of excellent exhibitions and entertainment, attracting record numbers of visitors! From 31st January – 3rd February, ExCeL London will be transformed into a biker’s paradise, with everything from trade stands to thrilling stunt shows in the Live Action Arena. This year will see displays from a staggering selection of the top motorcycling manufacturers and for the first time at London ExCeL, visitors can check out the latest models from the likes of Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Ducati, alongside BMW and KTM.

After only one year, the MCN London Motorcycle Show at ExCeL London is now the 2nd largest motorcycling consumer show with 44,577 people attending last years four day event. This compares to the International Motorcycle and Scooter Show’s eleven day event which attracted over 144,870 visitors. With the show now established in the mind of UK motorcyclists and with even more attractions, MCN is expecting visitor numbers to be even higher in 2008.

This is MCN’s second year at ExCeL London following over 20 successful years at Alexandra Palace. And with IPC Media currently not planning to run their Superbike event in 2008, the MCN London Motorcycle Show is set to be the bike show for enthusiasts looking to indulge their motorcycle needs.

Managing Director of Ducati UK, Tim Maccabee said:

“This will be our second year at the MCN London Motorcycle Show and we’re delighted that this year the other manufacturers will be joining us to give the public an even better show. Personally I feel the show is at a great venue that’s easy to get to with great public transport links. But more importantly the quality of customer is a cut above the usual, which is something we hoped for and something we definitely got. It’s great to capture the South East market at the time of the season when money is beginning to burn a hole in the pocket of motorcyclists.”

The MCN London Motorcycle Show is packed with everything bike devotees would want; from new bikes through to the latest accessories including. There will also be an impressive range of trade stands offering top of the range equipment and merchandise. And if that’s not enough, visitors can check out the live entertainment, or get down to the Live Action Arena to watch the amazing live stunt shows!

The MCNLive! stage will be buzzing with exciting events, giving visitors the opportunity to meet top biking superstars and take part in all kinds of awesome activities including the legendary search for the 2008 MCN “Babe Of The Year!”
But this show isn’t just for those who are mad about motorcycling… whether bikes are a potential new passion, or one you’d like to re-ignite; there really will be something for everyone! This is the ultimate day out for committed bikers, enthusiastic beginners and even those who are just looking for a good time!

To get involved get down to the MCN London Motorcycle Show 2008 from 31st January – 3rd February or for further information about the show please visit www.londonmotorcycleshow.com.
