British-made Skidmarx screens are the choice of champions, including 2005 Bennetts British Superbike titleholders Airwaves Ducati. Skidmarx have introduced double bubble screens to fit many new 2006 models including the Kawasaki ZX-10, the brand new Triumph Daytona 675 and the '06' Yamaha R6, so that regular road riders can enjoy the same benefits and style of top racers.

All Skidmarx double bubble screens are manufactured in the UK from 3mm acrylic and tend to have a fuller ‘bubble’ than many imported screens of this type. They are 1mm thicker than full race screens, as this makes them stiffer, more robust and better suited to everyday use. All are designed to directly replace the original item and can be fitted using the original mounting points and fasteners. They not only give the bike an authentic racing appearance (thanks to their authentic racing pedigree), they also provide the rider with an air pocket that many find makes riding at speed more comfortable.

You can choose from clear, light or dark tint at the suggested selling price of £49.95 inc. VAT. Skidmarx also offer a wide choice of colours, including bright blue red, amber, violet, fluorescent green and yellow for a £6.00 surcharge.

Matching headlight covers, formed to follow the complex shapes of modern light units, are available for all the above models. Scotch Lock fixing pads, supplied with the covers, hold them securely in place. Prices start at £19.50. To find out more about these products, you can call Skidmarx on 01305 780808 or visit them on their website.

(NB) A clear headlight cover is the ONLY finish that is legal to use on the road. All other finishes are illegal and for show purposes & off road use (e.g. track days) only.
