Fabrizio Pirovano Leads The Youngsters!

Veteran rider and wild card here at Misano, Fabrizio Pirovano once again showed his strength and experience to take pole position for tomorrows 10-lap Suzuki GSX-R Cup race. Second quickest this afternoon is another wild card, Emanuele Magnanelli, with yesterdays provisional poleman Valerio Vitiello third.

Fabrizio Pirovano - 1st:

Everything is good, the bike is perfect, the tyres are working well and the suspension is good also. I like this new Misano track, even though it is a bit bumpy in places. But its not so bad and its the same for everybody. Because the first turn is not far from the start line, it will be very important to get a good start and thats what I aim to do.

This series is tremendous fun, and I like racing against these youngsters because it keeps me on my toes. My first lap at this new track was yesterday, but I know that a few of the Italians here have raced it recently, so they had some previous knowledge. This track does not have have many passing places, so my aim it to get out front, stay there and win!
