In partnership with Urbane Technologies, Harris launch two new exciting and innovative products with their InTech vacuum control system and the PowerPro exhaust range.

InTech Vacuum Control System

The acclaimed InTech vacuum control device is a new unique product on the market that releases vacuum from each cylinder at the point where the engine would otherwise suck in the unburnt fuel. The original cat reacts to a problem that has happened, the InTech stops that problem happening in the first place. Therefore the engine has a fuller burn with reduced emissions of up to 80% and reduced fuel consumption.

The by-product is that because this unwanted vacuum is released, the engine revs much easier and therefore produces more power, more torque, better and smoother throttle response on and off the throttle giving a traction control effect on power and a slipper clutch effect on deceleration with much better stability because it's that vacuum that causes the wheel to lock up.

This product is suitable for any engine configuration, i.e. single, twin, triple or four cylinder. Also, the InTech can be adjusted to suit your riding style. Think of it like suspension whereby the shock or forks comes with a base setting and then you can fine-tune it to your own personal taste.

The InTech is similar in that it can be tuned for more engine braking or tune it for less engine braking, more power etc.

PowerPro Exhaust Systems

Within these beautifully welded MotoGP-style replacement cans are patented, conically shaped, spring loaded, variable exhaust valves. They act in a similar way to an EXUP system by managing the flow of the exhaust gasses, so you can ‘tune’ the exhaust to give you good top-end power without sacrificing bottom or mid-range torque.

But where an EXUP valve will only open at predetermined revs, the PowerPro system is constantly variable over the whole rev-range, because it’s the force of the exhaust gasses that open and shut the exhaust valve.

Models introduced so far are the Suzuki GSX-R1000K7 and the 2007 model Yamaha R1. No need to invest in expensive remapping product and dyno time (costing around £500.00!) as the variable flow technology compensates in a way that negates the need to re-map because it works with the engine.

They are stamped street legal with the relevant marks and have removable baffles.
