Starcom1 Advance includes a comprehensive range of features including several stages of noise cancelling, which eliminates wind and bike noise, Automatic Microphone Sensitivity (AMS). (This is a new technology which enables the microphone sensitivity to be reduced during periods of silence). Full frequency audio stereo amplifiers to provide high quality true stereo. Separate controls for rider and pillion sensitivity that allows the user to set the system to match different voice levels for rider and passenger. A full range balance control to set the level between the rider and passenger for different hearing levels (and earplug usage). External volume control option so the volume can be adjusted from the handle bars. An automatic volume control facility that compensates for changing ambient noise levels. A user selection control for side-tone, on/off and passenger phone/radio access. Separate Inputs for phone, music, navigation, two way radio and PTT. Voice Activation (Vox) operation with music fade provides priority control and radio transmission.
It is small and compact measuring only 95 x 55 x 25 mm, yet rugged with a high level of waterproofing. It is supplied as a complete kit including bike power kit, headsets, extension cables, fitting kit and music cable plus comprehensive instructions. Headset types addressing open or full face helmets can be user selected. A complete range of professional accessories are available including our own BTM-01 Bluetooth module, the only unit made specifically for bikes, which provides wire free phone connectivity for phones with a Bluetooth facility.
