Ducati UK has announced it will not be attending the 2006 International Motorcycle Show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Tim Maccabee, Managing Director ecplained, ‘I am disappointed to miss out on the NEC show, but I had little choice after the decision was taken to launch our 2007 Model range at this year's Milan Show.

‘The International Motorcycle Show is very important to us, but because it comes two weeks before the Milan Show we would be forced to have a show stand with little more than can be seen at the local dealership. The Ducati stand is the highlight for many people at the NEC and we do not like to disappoint.’

‘Ducati is an enthusiastic supporter of UK regional shows and the NEC and we will review attendance of the 2007 International Motorcycle Show once dates and details have been confirmed.’

Ducati UK is planning to launch the model year 2007 range in the UK after the November Milan show, with a series of events at its authorised dealers and stores.
