Fogarty Rides Yamaha Motocross!

Four times World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty has collected his weapon of choice for his assault on his local motocross scene; the all new aluminium framed Yamaha YZ250F. He plans on competing in local motocross events and selected 'Hare and Hounds' events on the machine that currently holds the World MX2 title. 'King Carl' collected the machine from one of Yamaha's Premier Dealers, Hockey Yamaha in Abergavenny, South Wales.

To help Carl stand out from the crowd, Hockey Yamaha has dressed the machine in Yellow Yamaha 50th anniversary bodywork, a real attention grabbing piece of kit!

The heavily revised 2006 aluminium frame YZ range features the 4 stroke YZ250F and YZ450F whilst two stroke fans can get their kicks from the YZ125 and YZ250 models.

Yamaha currently hold the World MX1 and MX2 titles at the hands of Stefan Everts and Antonio Cairoli respectively. Yamaha UK’s own World MX2 entrant; Billy Mackenzie, recently won the Japanese GP in exciting style on his YZ250F.
