Europe’s largest scooter manufacturer has teamed up with its leading motorcycle clothing company to create a stylish and dynamic range of scooter wear designed for urban mobility. Piaggio and Dainese have chosen light but tough materials to produce a collection for men and women that combines wearability with practical and innovative features specifically developed for today’s scooter rider.
The Executive Jacket takes its styling cues from hiking jackets and is made from soft touch material with a waterproof/breathable Dryline® membrane and a zip-out thermal lining to keep out the elements. Inside there are CE protectors at the shoulders and elbows, with a pocket for an optional back protector. Discreet waist adjustment is provided for a snug draught-proof fit, while zipped darts at the base give extra comfort when seated on the scooter.
Piaggio and Dainese have recognized that scooter riders don’t want to be burdened with bulky clothing, so they developed the patented FLAP system. This innovative idea consists of two waterproof and adjustable knee covers that can be pulled out from pockets inside the jacket to protect the exposed part of the leg when riding around town in the rain.

The GT4 Jacket is a classically styled motorcycle jacket with four front pockets, buckle belt and suede trim on the collar and cuffs.
However, it is made from a modern polyamide material with a waterproof/breathable Dryline® membrane to keep out the weather and a zip-out thermal lining so the wearer stays warm and dry. Like the Executive jacket, CE protectors are fitted as standard and the GT4 also incorporates the exclusive FLAP system of waterproof knee covers. Available in Black and Red in sizes XS – XXL the GT4 retails for £239.99 inc. VAT.
The Lady Jacket is not only tailored for a flattering fit but is also made from a high tenacity polyamide stretch fabric for a supremely comfortable figure hugging fit. Like the other jackets in the range the Lady has a waterproof/breathable Dryline® membrane liner and a removable thermal lining. The sleeves are pre-shaped to accept CE protectors, should the wearer want them, and there are darts at the waist which can be unzipped when seated on the scooter. The Lady jacket is produced in Black and Sand colour options in sizes S – L with a retail price of £224.99 inc. VAT.
