Brit riders and crowd favourites James Toseland and Chris Walker lie 4th and 9th respectively in this year's championship, but both riders are coming into top form with seven weeks to go until the biggest race of the year at Brands Hatch. In last month's round at Silverstone, Toseland scored a sensational double podium despite starting from 14th position in each race. Chris Walker, who took two top ten finishes and led for part of the second race at Silverstone, has shown tremendous pace in recent testing, claiming 2nd position at Brno this week. Walker always performs well on home turf, and would love nothing more than to take his first ever World Superbike victory at his home circuit.
