The eagerly awaited Genova Enduro Indoor that took place last week end opened officially the new 2006 Enduro season. The main protagonist who will race in the WEC, which start is planned for March 18th in Sweden, were there, included the official Husqvarna CH Racing and Mucci Racing teams, who took the chance to test the riders and bikes in the extreme conditions.
Mucci brought the two young Italia Team racers, Thomas Oldrati and Michael Pogna, and the well known Beppe Canova on his Husqvarna TE 450, who made an absolutely beautiful start ahead of his competitors, but arrived only on 4th place due to an unfortunate fall. The Husqvarna CH Racing took to the race the 4 times Italian Champion, unlucky protagonist of the event: at only a few turns from the finish line the rider slide losing a brilliant second position. The next date for both teams will be the first Hard Race challenge that will be held on February 19th in Verolanuova (Brescia) on February 19th.
