We’re pleased to announce the first LB Christmas Dinner bash. All members are invited to join us in the evening of the 10th of December, in Central London for a good old fashioned knee’s-up. On offer is a full buffet meal, drinks and the first londonbikers.com Awards Ceremony for various nominated members. The award winners have already been chosen and will be announced during the evening!
Present will be our Technical Safety partners,
Adrenalin X to sponsor the Awards and provide some prizes, then also coming along will be our official charity partners,
The London Air Ambulance. A percentage of the evening cost will be donated to them at the same time.
All LB members are invited along, and can bring along friends, or loved-ones. The price is £15 per person, which gets them their entry, meal and guaranteed brilliant company. We’re doing things slightly differently from normal dinners, in that ours will be in a buffet style, so that people can easily enjoy the evening with other members and not be confined to speaking to the people sitting immediately next to them.
This will be the first time when a large part of the community can get together, away from the bikes and enjoy them selves. This is also going to be the first of many events that LB organises. Please note that spaces are limited and need to be booked before the 20th of November. See the booking section for more info. The party will begin at 6pm, with the buffet at 8pm.
VenueWe’ve booked a large Central London pub/club that can accommodate the whole LB membership if required. Music will be provided by member DJ Jason Carroll, drink is cheap and there’s an NCP car park right next door for people to park their cars or bikes in. We’d like to suggest that people don’t drive or ride though, so that they can enjoy a drink or two. We are strongly against drink-driving. Details of the venue will be provided upon booking.

How to bookIf you want to come along, you will need to pay the £15 upfront by cheque (or cash in person if you see us in town on Fridays). Many have said they’re already coming, so please email us now if you’d like to join us! Please note that 50 spaces have been initially allotted, and these must be booked before the 20th of November. It’s possible more spaces will be added after this, but please book early to help us organise things better.
