Triumph’s new Sprint ST has been an instant success with the British bikers, outselling established favourites like the Suzuki Bandit and Yamaha Fazer. There has been massive demand from owners for accessories and now British bodywork specialists Skidmarx have introduced a new selection of carbon fibre accessories for this pedigree British bike.
At the back, Skidmarx offer a tailor made hugger, which weighs in at under 475g. Huggers are a styling accessory with a practical side, as they enhance the look of the bike whilst offering under-body, shock and linkage protection; particularly useful for a sports touring motorcycle covering long distances. The Sprint ST hugger incorporates an integral chain guard, is supplied with stainless steel fittings and has easy to follow instructions. For a neat finishing touch, Skidmarx have developed a retaining tube so that the rear brake hose can be routed along the hugger. At the front end is a two-piece carbon front mudguard at, which directly replaces the OE item. This can be bought separately or as a complete set. The front part sells for £45.00 and the rear section is £45.00.
Other extras for the Sprint ST include carbon heel guards for front and rear, priced at £47.50/pair, and a carbon exhaust shield at £40.00.
