Akrapovic are very pleased to announce a full range of slip on silencers, and full race systems for the new Yamaha R1 2007 model. Close working relationships with the official Yamaha World Superbike team means that Akrapovic have been developing the exhausts for the latest incarnation of the R1 since it’s first pre-production models were delivered to the R&D centre in Slovenia for careful exhaust development. The result is a stunning range of stainless, titanium and carbon fibre exhaust systems refined to develop maximum power in all conditions whether World Superbike racing or riding on the street.
Options – (All Road Legal Removable Baffle)* The entry-level product is the Akrapovic SP line. Manufactured from stainless steel with a choice of titanium or carbon fibre silencer sleeves the SP line offer typical Akrapovic performance and quality at an affordable price the classic Akrapovic oval silencer design is perfectly matched to the R1.

* The second level product is the Akrapovic Slip On Kit. Manufactured completely from titanium with a choice of titanium or carbon fibre silencer sleeves the Slip on kit offers Akrapovic performance and highest built quality with the finest materials. The classic Akrapovic oval silencer design is finished with tapered carbon fibre outlets replicating the World Superbike silencers used in 07 by Troy Corser and Nori Haga.

However it can be ordered with additional removable baffles for noise damping.
