Ready to head into its second year is the SunTrust MOTO-ST Series – America’s newest two-wheeled professional racing tour – plans to deliver an incredible seven-race season of some of the most exciting team racing seen anywhere in the country.

Launching into action in March at the famed Daytona International Speedway, the 2008 provisional SunTrust MOTO-ST Series schedule will again feature events at both Virginia International Raceway and Road America. In addition, this popular series will also make its debut at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Ala., Heartland Park Topeka in Topeka, Kans., and at the newly-built New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, N.J. The series will conclude back at Daytona International Speedway with the third running of the 8 Hours At Daytona in October.

Showcasing three classes; The Buell Motorcycle Company SuperSport class (SST) which includes motorcycles producing between 90-118 horsepower, the BMW GrandSport Twins class (GST) covering motorcycles producing 75-90 horsepower and Sport Twins (ST) for machines under 75 horsepower, the SunTrust MOTO-ST Series provides fans with the unique opportunity to witness not only the skill of the riders and the durability of their machines, but also each team’s ability in the pits.

The SunTrust MOTO-ST Series is organized and sanctioned by Professional Motorsports Productions (PMP) of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the Grand American Road Racing Association (Grand-Am), based in Daytona Beach, Fla., provides the series with administrative and commercial support.
