Riding your bike through the winter? Don't want it to be corroded by the rain, road much and salt? Then check this product out...

ACF-50, (Anti-Corrosion Formula) was designed originally to protect aircraft from new and existing corrosion. It is now available to motorcyclists for the first time. Aviation products have to meet extremely high standards. ACF-50 not only meets these standards, it also has been awarded Aviation approvals (MIL-SPEC 81309 types II & III), which means it is 'approved for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, electrical systems and electronic components'. The US Navy has carried out tests using ACF-50 on the jets on their Aircraft Carriers. They found that ACF-50 so dramatically reduced the corrosion they had experienced previously, they now use ACF-50 on their Aircraft all the time!

Just think, if ACF50 works in that type of harsh environment, imagine how well it's going to protect your bike from all the muck on the roads this winter! When applied liberally, ACF-50 forms an 'Active' ultra-thin clear film that will kill any existing corrosion cells and will protect your pride and joy against new corrosion from starting. On areas like switches or under the tank and seat, a single application will last up to 12 months. Other more exposed areas will need treating more regularly. ACF-50 also has the ability to 'chemically neutralise road salt', water will bead on contact and literally just bounce off. Ideal for the biker that uses their machine all year round in all weathers. ACF50 is a superb service spray as well as a lubricant and penetrant. It does all of this without loosening any of the structural attachments. And if you put your bike away for the winter, applying a thin coating of ACF-50 will make sure that moisture will not be allowed to cause any of the usual winter damage. Untreated, moisture will creep into cracks and will not freely evaporate and using ACF-50 actively ejects moisture from these problem areas.

Using this Anti-Corrosion Formula couldn't be easier. ACF-50 is 95% product, hence virtually no propellant. The can has to be kept in a warm environment, shake the can very well before use. Remember a little ACF-50 goes a very long way, so keep a cloth at hand to soak up any excess, then use the cloth to help spread the product evenly across the surface being treated. ACF-50 has powerful capillary action, so will creep into all the nooks that moisture can, 'actively' pushing out moisture and replacing it with protection.

Extreme caution must be taken when applying to the calipers to ensure you KEEP IT TOTALLY OFF THE BRAKES. You can use ACF-50 anywhere, (except the brakes) on your bike, including the engine & exhaust, these will smoke a little on first start and burn off down pipes but still slows down corrosion process. It is safe to use on paintwork and most rubbers, it also brings up black plastic trim a treat. ACF-50 contains no water and is approved for electrics, so it can be sprayed directly into electrical joints and components. It will then prevent corrosion that induces failures and high resistance joints. ACF-50 works well at stopping dirt, mud and also salt from sticking to your bike. You can come back from a good, hard winter ride with the bike all white with salt, a quick wash off and the residue is gone, with the bike still protected. You can tell that the product is still 'Active; as water will bead on contact. With the product having no water content and not being water soluble, ACF-50 only dissipates by being 'sacrificial' whilst stopping existing or new corrosion so just re-treat as required.

It protects aircraft, so relax and let acf-50 work on your bike!

Remember, ACF-50 protects jets on US aircraft carriers! If it works for these jets, in these conditions, think how well it's going to work for your bike!
