Four men are being held in police custody and are due to appear in Court in connection with the death of Hell's Angel member Gerry Tobin. The 35 year old mechanic from south London was shot dead on the M40 motoway on the 12th of August on his return from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival at Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon. Mr Tobin was killed with a handgun in an execution syle shooting with a single shot to the back of the head, another shot was fired at him but hit his bike.
The four men who are in custody are to appear before magistrates in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The police have stated that three of the men have been charged with murder and the fourth man has been charged with firearms offences. Three of the men were arrested in Nuneaton and Coventry on Wednesday morning, and a fourth on Wednesday evening in Coventry.
