Yamaha Motor UK is proud to, once again, sponsor Dave Coates – Stunt Rider extreme!
Dave has just take delivery of his new Yamaha FZ1 and YZF-R1, from Stockton Yamaha dealer Tillston Motorcycles. Gary Jordinson from the dealership was pleased to hand over the machines on behalf of YMUK.
Dave’s stunt show is one of the best in the business, performing crowd pleasing stunts including wheelies, backwards riding and skiing off the back of the machine. His main aim is to entertain – he is a real showman. ‘I really enjoy performing in front of a big crowd. The more they cheer, the more I want to do. The highlight of last year was entertaining the Centenary TT crowd. Late summer evening sun and rubber smoke certainly go a long way to create an amazing atmosphere!’ said Dave.
During 2008, he will be taking his Yamaha's to display at events such as dealer open days, Isle of Man TT, Cheshire Oaks Motor Festival, Bikewise (Durham), some British Superbike rounds and Santa Pod amongst many other local events.
