The British screen manufacturer is best known for its double bubble screens, which are used by many race teams, including BSB championship-leaders Airwaves Ducati and HM Plant Honda at the TT.
Just like the racing screens, the Fireflake models are manufactured in the UK from acrylic, but with metallic flakes running through them. Unlike iridium screens, which have a coating over the screen, the metallic effect flakes are inside the acrylic material, giving a tough and durable finish.
Skidmarx Fireflake screens are available for most popular sports motorcycles and will directly replace the original item without the need for specialist tools or expertise. Owners can choose from clear, black, orange or red Fireflake finishes. The suggested retail price is £55.95 inc. VAT.
Riders of naked bikes are also catered for, with a neat Fly Screen suitable for most machines with 7-8” round headlights. These are supplied with a universal plated steel fitting kit and retail for £45.95 inc. VAT in the same choice of colours as the double bubble screens.
