Weise has introduced a new race-specification 1-piece race suit ready for the 2008 season.
Over the past decade Weise has built an enviable reputation for quality, fit, functionality and value for money and these features are central to their new race suit, which, like all Weise products, is covered by a 12-month, no-quibble warranty for peace of mind.
Comfort and safety are core design elements in this high performance one-piece suit. The Tornado is manufactured from durable 1.1-1.3mm thickness Monaco leather, with a subtle matt finish. Inside is a comfortable red mesh inner lining that can be removed for washing.
Genuine Knox CE-approved protectors are fitted not only to the shoulders, elbows and knees but also to the back, with external TPR reinforcements on the shoulders.
Quality components are used throughout the suit, including a YKK front zipper and YKK snap-lock zippers on the cuffs, which are designed to lock shut so they will not open in a crash situation. Knee sliders are fitted as standard and there’s 3M piping on the front and rear of suit.
For most riders, however, it’s the fit that will be the most noticeable feature. Stretch leather panels on the back and shoulders allow for a close fit with plenty of movement and elasticated Keprotec panels on the arms, legs and crotch perform a similar function.
The race-cut collar is trimmed with Neoprene, as are the cuffs, and ventilation is boosted by perforated leather panels on the front.
