The ultra-competitive sport of Enduro has produced many greats, but one man stands above them all – David Knight.
His childhood dream of becoming a world-beater has been in dramatic style – he is a two-times World Enduro Champion, six-times British Enduro Champion and in 2007 won the US-based Grand National Cross Country series at his first attempt!

David Knight – Iron Man of Enduro features archive home movie of the young Knight in action, and pictures from the family’s private photo album. Footage from the 2006 Weston Beach Race demonstrates his strength, talent and dogged determination. As rivals are forced out of the threehour race by exhaustion, leaving their machines abandoned in the sand, Knighter rides on – and when he gets stuck, he simply picks up his machine and continues.
