Press release:

The Linxcel Seton Tuning team are proud to announce that for the remainder of the 2009 season James Webb will be riding in the British Supersport Championship.

James competed in the R6 cup in 2007 and has been competing in the British Supersport championship since then.

Team Manager Phil Seton:
"James is a young and talented rider with confidence and ability. We hope James will be able to step up to the challenge of a new motorcycle and team and finish his and our season on a high."

James Webb
:
"I would like to thank Phil and the team for offering me this ride. I am looking forward to the opportunity to ride for a team that will work hard for me to get a result."

The turn of events that has lead to James being offered the ride, has come about after an unfortunate accident left Jason O’Halloran with an injured right wrist leaving him unable to ride for the rest of the season. The Linxcel Seton Tuning team were very upset to have this misfortune befall Jason in the first few minutes of qualifying at Croft. We all wish him a speedy recovery and thank him for his efforts that weekend.

James’ debut will be at Round 11 of the British Supersport championship at Silverstone on 25th-27th September 2009.

The Linxcel-Seton Tuning team would like to extend their gratitude to the following companies for their support in the 2009 season.

Linxcel, Seton Tuning, Panther Security Systems, Standard Precision Engineering, TK Cope Moto, Motul, RST, HM Quickshifters, Esjot, Revolution Signs, GPR, PFM, Venhill, Powerbronze, Solo Corse, R&G, NGK, Dynapro, Lightech, DID, SBS, K-Tech, MCT, Profibre, MHP and Sigma, Amethyst Computer Services, and GBRacing, Colchester Engineering Systems, ASNU, 666 road racing.
