Construction
Ergonomic 5 plate construction contours to the natural curve of the back. Plates lock to prevent overextension of the back. Fits into Alpinestars 1pc suits or can be worn individually. Special formulation Impact Absorber gives exceptional impact attenuation with minimum thickness and weight
Comfort
Low profile waist strap for comfort when tucked in on the bike.
Soft slimline tail piece for extra comfort and flexibility. The back protector has been designed to be highly breathable making sure that extra protection doesn’t hinder the riders comfort.
Safety
Utilizing Alpinestars DFD technology, the back protector has been constructed using a new stronger light weight material which has helped to maximise the strength and structure of the product whilst at the same time minimizing the size and weight. The Bionic Race Back Protector complies with the CE Level 2 Impact performance test in accordance with EN 1621-2 and has been extensively tested to remain under the CE Level 2 impact performance standard even after suffering successive test impacts.

Construction
Constructed using Full grain Nappa leather, this ¾ cut jacket offers a modern, stylish design, with excellent levels of protection and functionality. A secure zip/Velcro combination secures the jacket whilst button faces provide a stylish exterior illusion. Four external pockets provide ample storage whilst an internal pocket provides additional space.
Comfort
The jacket features an internal removable thermal fleece vest lining which enables the jacket to be used all year round. Adjustments to the size and shape of the jacket can be obtained via a series of zips and button clips down the arm and around the waist.
Safety
The jacket features Alpinestars range of bio-armour for the ultimate in protection whilst providing the rider with excellent levels of comfort and mobility. The bio-armour is positioned in the shoulder and the elbow/forearm area for supreme levels of safety whilst riding.
Additional details
Waist connection zipper allows attachment to selected Alpinestars Stella leather pants. The jacket also features a range of contemporary and delicately detailed decals and stylish shoulder epaulets.
