Lazzarini and Sidi Sport Italian Supermoto Champions

June 24th, 2009 – On Sunday, June 21st at the circuit in Pomposa (FE), Ivan Lazzarini (Team HM Honda Racing), together with Sidi Sport, won the Italian Supermoto Championship in the S1 class. This is the eighth Italian title in Lazzarini’s career, an important result in a challenge that qualifies as a lead-up event towards the championship finals. Victory in this race also counts for points in the international championships. This win has given Lazzarini a 17 point advantage over Van Den Bosch, launching him to the top of the championship standings that include pilots from all over the world.
