Thanks to Bi Zeta Motor, from Castel Bolognese, Italy, Phaedra Theffo will take part in the fourth round of the road racing Italian championship (CIV) that will be held at Misano on the 16th September. The French girl rider from Pesaro, Italy, will have at her disposal one of the 125cc Honda bikes of the Bi Zeta Motor - P.R. Team alongside the regular rider of the Team, Pietro Maglioni from Ravenna, and Davide Zenari, from the Team Portomaggiore. Probably will also follow her participation to the last round of the 2007 125GP Honda Trophy, still at Misano, on October 7th. The motorcycles are prepared and set up on track by the Development Department Manager Giordano Guadagnini and by the Technical Manager Franco Catozzi.
The Bi Zeta Motor Company is specialized in designing and manufacturing aftermarket-performance engines and special racing parts. It plays worldwide a leading role for the pocket-bikes’ engines, followed from the design to the track, and it equips the best international constructors.
In addition, since a few years, Bi Zeta Motor offers its precious collaboration in the various 125cc Road Racing Championships, with the best technological expression of the high performing 2 stroke engine. This allowed the new data capture and the development of this sophisticated technology on the Bi Zeta Motor products.
The maximum satisfaction for the R&D Department has been when Alessio Aldrovandi won the 2004 125GP Road Racing Italian Championship, as well as when Luca Di Giuseppe won the 2003 125GP Honda Trophy.
From 2007, Bi Zeta Motor also supports the WTR Team in the 125cc Road Racing World Championship, with the riders Andrea Iannone and Stefano Bianco.
Phaedra Theffo: “I nearly had stopped racing in 125cc and now I am about to participate in a Road Racing Italian Championship event! I was racing in pocket-bike and if there’s a company with the best engines it is absolutely BZM! Right during one of these races, I met the Company Managers for an advise on my pocket-bike set up and, while talking and laughing, I asked if they had one more bike for me, knowing they’re engaged in the 125cc world too. They answered yes and I really wasn’t expecting it at all, as in the middle of the season, all the teams are usually full. For me this will quite be like a second start, this time with telemetry and out of the common electronics! I’ll never stop thanking them for the great opportunity they’re giving to me! I had the chance to visit the whole Company a few days ago, from the pocket-bikes’ sector to the R&D Department. I also met the Team at Mugello as they were making some tests with the 125cc motorcycles and I really felt comfortably with all people. I’m so happy about all this and I can’t wait to see the new track of Misano!
I also would like to thank my sponsors Unilame Sarl (France), the Impronte Agency from San Marino, the Restaurant El Ciri From Pesaro, Vemar Helmets and all my other partners."
