Press relelase: Rideoffroaduk make a welcome return to North Yorkshire for round five of the 2009 series which will take place at Low North Camp, Harwood Dale North Yorkshire on June 14th.
The camp, which is used as an all year round trials park also boasts a full size MX track, this coupled with the awesome woodland sections, stream crossings tracks and trails makes it an superb venue for true Hare & Hounds events.
After a highly successful opening round to our Championship held there back in March, the track for round five will be in the reverse direction offering riders lots of scope for a fresh challenge. In addition to that, Clerk of the Course Wayne Braybrook will have some new ideas up his sleeve to keep the regular riders on their toes.
The added benefit to riders is that camping is available from Saturday, the paddock is hard standing and all access roads are permanent fixtures. Scarborough is less than 20 minutes away so that trip to the sea-side for families may well see competitors making a real holiday weekend of it.
Event schedule is Sportsman & Ladies 10am start, this will be a two hour event. Expert, Over40 and Clubman riders will take to the track at 1pm for a full two and a half hours. Caterers will again be on site and with the Harwood Dale permanent facilities ready to go entries are coming in thick and fast. Non members welcome, a day license will be available and spectators will be catered for with the best viewing areas to watch all the action unfold.
