Bike It International scooped two awards at the prestigious British Dealer News industry awards held at Expo 2009 (Sunday 18th January).
Voted by the dealers as the BEST TRADE SERVICE, Bike It picked up the accolade for ‘working the hardest to provide dealers with a consistently outstanding trade service’. Bike It offers dealers an exceptional service from the sales order right the way through to delivery of goods.
The friendly, knowledgeable staff are backed up with almost unprecedented stock levels held at Bike It’s Southampton base. This allows Bike It to deliver a service second to none, with over 90% of customer orders fulfilled within the company’s own allotted 48-hour delivery period. In fact, the majority of orders are completed with a 24-hour time frame. The confidence that dealers have shown in Bike It has been reflected in the strong growth in sales over the past six months, a positive outlook in the current difficult economic climate.

New to the motorcycle industry, and a keen motorcyclist, Marion rides her Suzuki Bandit 365 days a year to ‘go that extra mile’, ensuring her customers receive a reliable top-line service. Her passion and enthusiasm for motorcycling and dedication to Bike It has been reflected in Marion winning this award, as the best rep in the country.

I truly love my job, I get to ride year round, spend time with a great network of dealers and offer them fantastic products to provide other motorcyclists. I guess I have the gift of the gab but I just enjoy meeting people and helping them to choose the right products to sell. I’m lucky to have such a great team behind me at Bike It and hope to continue to provide this level of service for many years to come.”
