Venhill will launch their full range of replacement braided steel brake lines for 2009 off-road machines at the 2008 Dirt Bike Show.

Upgrades for brake, clutch and throttle are available to cover the key 2009 models from the major manufacturers, as well as or specialist marques like Beta, Gas Gas and Scorpa.

With over four decades experience in off-road controls Venhill has an unrivalled pedigree and the British company is still involved in the sport at the sharp end, currently supporting the KTM Factory team of Jacky Martens in MX3 alongside Relentless Hooper Suzuki and Dixon Yamaha in the UK.

Quality is unrivalled too, because Venhill’s British-made brake lines are tested and approved to the ultra-tough German TÜV standards. Every line is factory tested to 1500 psi, even though brakes operate at around just 25-30psi, even under hard braking.

Venhill produce model specific kits are supplied complete with rigid sections for fork leg mounting, protective boots at high impact areas and swivel unions at the ends for perfect fitment.
Eight colours are available in total – white, blue, orange, red, yellow, light green, purple, ‘original’ black and traditional clear stainless – for lines and cables too. Venhill’s new website offers a search facility to help riders locate the parts they need fast.
