The THINK! Motorcycle Academy will be hosting all the race stars from the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at the Brands Hatch finale this weekend. These riders include newly crowned British Superbike Champion Shane Byrne and fellow protagonists Leon Haslam, Tom Sykes and Cal Crutchlow, who will all be riding in the World Superbike series next year.

A special mass interview and signing session has been organised on the THINK! unit, where the racers will give their views on the Championship coupled with their experiences on both road and track. They will be backed up over the weekend by THINK! Ambassador John Reynolds and fellow triple champion Niall Mackenzie. Other special guests making appearances include long time GP star Jeremy McWilliams plus local riders Tommy Hill and Scott Smart.

This array of stars will be giving their support to THINK! - a long term sponsor and supporter of the British Superbike (BSB) Championship. The THINK! Motorcycle Academy visits each BSB event with exciting on-site activities and important road safety messages. The unit will be located on the start-finish straight, near to the main entrance, and the mass signing will take place at 11.30-12.30 on race day (Sunday).

Stuart Higgs, British Superbike series Director:

“It’s been a fantastic season with six different winners and some amazing action. It’s great for these guys to be able to give something back to the fans and where better than at our important sponsor and partner, the THINK! Motorcycle Academy.”

With the Honda Rider Trainer simulator, latest 2008 Superbikes from all the major manufacturers on display, big screens and a draw to upgrade four lucky fans to full VIP Hospitality, the THINK! Motorcycle Academy has made a real impact on race fans at every circuit visited. The key aims of the programme are to communicate safety messages to fans, to encourage them to think about their own riding and seek vital further training.
