Shark retain 125cc World Championship

??Last year it was Hungarian Shark helmet - wearing Gabor Talmacsi who won the 125cc World Championship.??

Yesterday French Shark star, Mike di Meglio took the 2008 World 125cc Championship at Phillip Island, Australia to keep Shark helmets reigning Champions in the class for the stars of tomorrow.

??British Grand Prix Winner Scott Redding continues his storming rookie season with another stunning top ten finish in Australia - another great prospect who chooses to be protected by Shark helmets.??

Shark will be launching their 2009 range to the worlds press at Intermot, Cologne this week.??

The French company celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2009 and marks this occasion with the stunning new top-of-the-range RSR2 Carbon that echoes the design of the classic Shark helmet that Carl Fogarty wore when he and Shark ruled the Superbike Championship taking a record 59 race wins and four titles. Shark stars Troy Corser, Leon Camier, Michael Laverty, Ian Lowry and Scott Redding will all be making an appearance over the course of the show along with soon-to-be ex MotoGP star Sylvain Guintoli who will be carrying the hopes of the Rizla Suzuki British Superbike Team in the domestic championship in 2009.??

Shark excelled in the governments 2008 Sharp tests with the RSR2 taking the ultimate 5 star accolade, with all other models tested being awarded 4 stars.
