Another panning shot taken at the exit of Clearways, using the 70-200mm at 70mm using the 20D with a shutter speed of 1/40th of a second. A real gamble because at that slow speed you have to be dead on with the panning - keeping the bike in exactly the same position in the frame as you whip the camera through 180 degrees while they do some 80+mph and accelerate rapidly. The pic is almost sharp at the number board / boot position, but not quite 100%. But the slight softness is acceptable given the overall effect.
