The fifth Superbike World Championship round of the 2006 season takes place this weekend at Silverstone, in the Northamptonshire area of England. LB are on hand to provide coverage. On Thursday the teams are getting setup, their bikes are inspected by Race Control, interviews are conducted (LB's interview of James Toseland to follow soon) and a relaxed air is to be had. This is a good opportunity to get an insight into how the teams set-up. The day was sunny, hot and fun. A lot of riders were hiding away in their huge air-conditioned trucks, though LB put the camera where-ever they could. There's some rivalry between BSB and WSB, with BSB's Stuart showing us how much more fun they are by taking us out for a few fast laps of the circuit in their beefy Audi RS4 saftey car.
