The first of the regular newbie monthly meetings took place on 2nd October 2006. This proved as good as previous ad hoc meetings with quite a few newbies turning up and some old faces who regularly come to make the newbies welcome - much thanks again to everyone for their input.
Cezar, back from his sojourn in the sun, was there so the newbie requests for t-shirts and stickers could be fulfilled. Several not so new newbies came back to watch the ritual poking, but unfortunately in AJ and DA's absence we totally forgot about it - never mind there is always next time!
M9Performance asked where was the entertainment but when offered the chance of performing a striptease himself to provide it, declined to bare his all - or anything else!
It was twist and go night so the children were again present and a little noisy when it was time to go home to do their homework - worry not we will send Ginger out to do his teasing next time - that usually keeps them under control.
We have some smashing new members and it was lovely to meet them - many apologies if your picture did not get captured or I have forgotten your name - please let us know if corrections are needed!
