| Proper Use
This forum is the ideal place to share your experiences, either positive, or negative, when buying products or services from vendors. The value of this system is that we can warn each other when to steer clear of bad vendors, and so the vendors can take note, hopefully with a view to improving their service. It can also be used to highlight which vendors are doing an especially good job, allowing other members to benefit from your experience.

- Refrain from being rude, no matter how aggrieved you are.
- Prefix your posts with either (shame), or (praise) to keep things clear.
