Front fogs don't bother me as they are - or should be - set fairly low and have a diffused beam. Rear fogs left on really p3ss me off...cause all sorts of aggro in traffic....brakes coming on or a clown who "forgot to switch them off"? . Isn't it an offense to drive with them on when not needed?Me too. I often use them in clear weather simply because I like how it looks. They aren't blinding and nowhere near as bright or badly angled as most cars normal headlights. I always use them on the motorway to intimidate people in front of me hoping they'll get out of my way. Is it me, or is that a very selfish thing to say? How would you feel if someone deliberately tried to intimidate you on the road, or if you came across a post on here where one of the LB-ers had come off second best in an incident where a car had deliberately tried to intimidate them? I can't believe you'd be saying: "Oh, good for the car driver. They probably just liked the way it looked, which is enough justification for any foolish and dangerous action in my book" My comment about the fog lights started off tongue in cheek and I selected one of the silly poll votes  However, I stand by what I've said about not letting faster vehicles past, call it selfish if you like but if somebody wants to overtake me and go faster, I always let them when safe to do so. I don't know why some stubborn people sit in the overtaking lanes whilst not overtaking. Who's being selfish??

| | Seems to be some confusion over "main beam" and "fog lamps" here........Fog lamps are (or should be) set low and cannot dazzle oncoming traffic. If a couple of fog lights are seen by some as intimidating well...............they are just lights Main beams are a totally different matter
