| Last night, Chelsea Embankment (outside the flower show place) (but obviously could be anywhere in london now) White unmarked van parked on the Eastbound side, but facing westbound so that the cameras sticking out the back were rear facing not forward facing. So beware of unmarked white vans parked on the wrong side of the road.

| I think the white vans are ANPR - there used to be one on Westminster Bridge at the start of every month parked on the hash marks. They also used to regularly have one early in the month in Colliers Wood on the A24.

| Sounds like the same van that was sitting on the westbound side of the A40 just after the camera at Hanger Lane yesterday. Camera was out through the roof pointing at on coming traffic.
