| | It is always worth checking this before going anywhere near central London. It gives a nice real-time map with pop up alerts, colour coded real-time congestion etc. http://trafficalerts.tfl.gov.uk/pinpointlite/main.php Right now, as per the Victoria thread, the whole of the area is lit up red due to the accident. Maybe this should be sticky? [Edited now it works properly in Firefox (as it has for some time now BTW)]

any suggestions that I had anything to do with it are false - honest
BUT - there are some pretty funky maps using both the higways data (like the tfl one) and the traffic link data (which includes actual police and real sigted incidents).
