I don't agree with this practice and to me appears to invite the local scrotes in to our hall ways at will, which so far we've avoided.<br><br>Not knowing who keeps doing it I placed a nice polite note asking whoever it was to close the door behind them. The note is still on the door, but today the door was left invitingly open again.<br><br>What is it with these morons, there are small children in the block who are around the age where they like to run.
