Just had to deal with a client, who was really doing my head in. Never known anyone with such appallingly bad manners or person habits. Had an hour of work to do at a client site. Their contact obviously had nothing better to do, and spent the entire hour hovering.

Doing this hour he was biting his nails, and spitting them in the bin, slurping several glasses of water, eating an apple and a banana with his mouth open. And most of this was within 2 inches of my face. He has no concept of the idea of "personal space", and then started trying to mess around with my laptop.

Having someone that close to you for an hour is tantamount to torture. It's was so grating, annoying and .......

By the time the hour was over, it has been the closest that I have been to having a smoke in four weeks.

Coming very, very close at the moment. The client today was pushing the boundaries of what I can put up with. Added to that the "friend" that was visiting last week.

My mood at the moment would be best described as "murderous".

Thankfully another client is taking us out to the RAC Club, for an evening of dining, drinking and pool.

Hopefully this will be a cure.

The guy you were with sounds like a fecking chimpanzee! Couldn't you have gaffer taped him to a chair or something?
