after the last few weeks of moving in the water my arm is now definitely getting more mobile, the bicep is definitely showing signs of trying to move my arm....this is good news and amazingly I used my right pocket for the first time in 6 months...didnt even know I HAD DONE IT UNTIL I FOUND THE MONEY IN MY RIGHT POCKET LATER...its all very exciting.

detoids still completely dead and the scapular muscels should be showing signs of activity soon from my first op so roll on 2009...and ever more action...been a very interesting year has 2008...but hope that 2009 follows a less painful route...

Good going that.  Your attitude and perseverance are a good example to others.  Good to see that things are working out, even if it does take time, the improvement is there.  Nice to find the money, time for a few pints of bitter I should think.

Excellent stuff 2strokes! Keep it up mate!

Excellent news - it's amazing how the things you used to take for granted become milestones when you don't have the ability to do them.

Keep posting your progress!
