| | I love Chiswick Honda. They are just so nice. I've just been on the phone to book my bike in for a service and even though it's going to cost a few hundred pounds I'm feeling great. The representative on the phone was just so polite and courteous. It continues when you get to the dealer. If you have to wait for whatever reason you can have a complimentary Costa coffee at the Honda cafe. They have plenty of courtesy bikes and don't have an issue with keeping you bike for a few extra days till your ready to collect it. On top of all that whether your bike goes in for a service or minor crash damage (as mine did for a bar end weight and to pop the headlight bracket back in) it comes back clean. They have just called me back with a quote and it's pretty expensive as it needs valve clearences, however, I'm still positive as it comes back like a new bike every time it goes in and the quote is cheaper than a new bike. And if they are going to take your money (as they are) it's good that they are nice about it. |

| So you're essentially praising a dealer for essentially doing what they should do anyway before they've even completed the work on your bike.

Yes this is what they should do anyway but in my experience not everywhere does. |

| I'd like to add to this, Ive just bought a new bike from Chiswick Honda, plus one for the missus and they were very cool throughout.
The bloke who dealt with the deal, Steve his name is, was great when walking us through the honda range after our first test ride of a CBF600 and a VFR came back with both of us dispointed.
Steve didnt try to oversell, he was courteous and even suggested we look at particular manufacturers bikes after spending an hour or two with us trying to find out exactly what we wanted. We ended up coming back to honda for the sale.
When it came to buying the bikes (Trasalp for her, CB1000R for me) it went so smoothly its was silly. Steve was constantly on the phone for us through the week before we picked it up, helping us sort insurance, finance, everything.
They gave me list price on my 07 Fazer as a trade in, despite it having covered 15,000 miles int he first year (yes thats list for a 07 fizz with 3k on the clock) - I couldnt have got that for it if I had sold it privately. They gave us a whopping discount for buying two bikes and all the extras the missus wanted on the transalp.
When we came and got the bikes, signed a bit of paper and we were off down Rykers. It was all sorted.
Last week both bikes hit the 600 mile service, and again, its was handled brilliantly throughout and the bikes were cleaner than when we first picked them up when they came back.
They have my custom for sure.
