| To be honest I did my cbt with Think Bike as well. The off road training I found one of the instructors a bit condescending with little patience, and I can assure you I'm not the weepy sensitive type.
The on road bit was done with a brilliant bloke who was an excellant trainer. I've just booked my DAS with ACE near Epsom though purely because I didn't want to spend 4 days intense training with the 50 / 50 chance of ending up with the wrong bloke. I checked Think Bikes website and the pictures of the trainers didn't show the one I went with so he might have done a one off or doesn't do it very often.
I'm doing the DAS at the end of the month, who knows maybe ACE will be worse, nobody on this site had feedback on them at the time so I took the plunge but will post afterwards.
I guess it just depends on the individual you end up with. Training can be frustrating but when someone is laying out that amount of clams on a course it should buy a bit of patience.
My 2p worth.
