My mate crashed his 2008 SV 650 S yesterday coming home from work, He hit some tram lines in the rain at 45mph.

If you struggle to find bits, let me know

You could see if you could find some carbon fibre tank side protectors like you get on R6s to fit the SV - the tank is probably fine if all the damage is in that pic.

What's wrong with it that we cant see? Anything? The things are indestructable 99% of the time

Yeah hes ok, He`s abit brusied but he will live lol

Hes got the parts orderd for it today, If you look at the tank its got a very bad dent in it.

Look at the rear brake lever and the front brake lever its allso destroyed the master cylinder with all the strain been put on the front brake lever.

Looks similar to the damage mine suffered. had only had it 10 days when some t*at changed lanes without signalling on the approach to the Blackwall tunnel. Thankfully i wasn't hurt just bruised and badly shaken (first spill in 8 years of daily commuting).

Insurance takes ages to go through though.
