I read in the motorcycle news that tower bridge has a camera on it, you cant see it as it is hidden away so that it does'nt spoil the look of the bridge!!! ?

Yes, mad isn't it?! I think it's been commented on before. It's hidden as it's a listed building, apparently. Conflicting laws I think! Reminds me of when a friend wheelied across the length of it on his old R1... Ah, the good old days...

Tower Bridge has the new generation SPECS camera's. If you look closely next time you cross the bridge you will see the cam's quite high up. They are in groups of three and look like cctv. They work by reading your plate at two fixed points when you come onto and leave the bridge. (And they read rear plates)

They then work out your average speed and before you have even got your front wheel firmly back on the ground the tickets on its way (3 points and £60)

My mate got busted doin 31 (Limits 20)

If you accidently come storming onto the bridge, just pull over in the middle, wait 30 secs and wait for you ave speed to come down then carry on.

Be careful out there!!!
