I had real trouble with my micro indicators not always working unless you wiggled them and corroding up (newer ones seem worse for this). Also a right pain to take on and off for track days or to replace the bulbs. So I squirted WD40 over the rubber and the bulb holder and all these troubles were cured! Not very professional I know but it worked a treat! Also figure WD40 isn't great for the rubber in the long run too....

I'm a newbie round here. Hope I'm not teaching anyone to suck eggs?

Aftermarket indicators?

Just make sure they're not made by COxford or Motravesty.

I sent a lovely email to Motrax about their wonderfully designed Allycators. Bloody things falling apart!! Got a free set of LED indicators out of it though (and I remembered to locktite the screw on this time).

Just to be picky, I find GT85 (IMO) is better for spraying on anything electrical on the bike.

Saw some of that GT85 in a friends garage. Didn't know what it was. Might have to pinch it!

I find GT85 better for everything you might use WD40 for.
